At DrivePaw, we want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase.
Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging intact, and suitable for resale.
Wearable products may be tried on for fit. However, they must remain in original condition and must not show signs of use. If the product includes tags, they must remain attached and not be removed.
How to Return
Before sending any items back, please contact us first to receive the correct return address and instructions based on your location or the product type. We have warehouses in both the US and UK, and will provide the appropriate return address after you contact us. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed. You may use a prepaid return label we provide or choose to ship the item back yourself.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping.

Change of mind or non-quality reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping. If using a return label provided by us, the fee is typically around $4–$10. For larger or heavier items, the cost may be higher, but usually does not exceed $15.
Preparing Your Return
Please include all original accessories, free gifts, and manuals in the original box. After shipping, provide us with the tracking number so we can process your refund quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it, before it has been shipped. If your order is already on the way, please follow the return process above to receive a refund.
